Burnt Horse

Getting our 2026 Events Programme off to a scorching start, we’re delighted to welcome local band, Burnt Horse for music to set a February Friday alight!

Burnt Horse are a four-piece band from Keswick and Penrith in Cumbria. They play folk music in their own style, mixing cellos, fiddle and guitars with lovely harmonies to blend Americana and English roots with a sprinkle of 80s classics. The band name is taken from Burnt Horse Ridge near Skiddaw.
